Scott Gstell


As Vice President, Scott is responsible for defining and achieving the strategic goals and sales targets for the R.S. Lipman Company brand portfolio. In this role, Scott aims to ensure that the company strategy is geared towards growth, profits and increasing return. With his quick-witted sales management style and effective leadership skills, Scott also oversees the sales of R.S. Lipman Brewing Company, brand distribution partners, as well as all marketing facets. A beverage alcohol industry veteran of more than 25 years, Scott held previous positions with Brown-Forman, Deutsch Family Wine & Spirits, Treasury Wine Estates, and E & J Gallo Winery. Scott earned a Marketing Degree from Clemson University and currently resides in Brentwood with his wife and two daughters.
